Delete your account

You can delete your account yourself at any time. Your personal details are removed. Booking and payment records are kept without your name, because we are required to keep them.

If you are a guest

1. Sign in to your guest account.
2. Open Account and scroll to Delete account.
3. Type your email address to confirm, then press Delete permanently.

If you are a host

1. Sign in to the host app.
2. Open Profile and scroll to Delete account.
3. Type your email address to confirm, then press Delete permanently. Your properties are taken off the site.

We can't delete an account while there are upcoming stays, or while money is left in the wallet. Cancel or finish those first, or withdraw the balance.
